Anticipated Start Date with Client: January 2026
Clientele Age Group: 6-10 years of age

Who We Serve:
We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals ages 2–21 with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Developmental Delays
- Down Syndrome
- Adjustment Disorders and more
Our ABA approach is evidence-based, rooted in compassion, and focused on real-world results. Services are offered in all of our client's natural environments: school, daycare, home, community, center.
Your Role as a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) OR Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
As a technician, you’ll play a vital role in implementing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to support meaningful progress for each client. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering one-on-one ABA therapy based on treatment goals
- Collecting and recording accurate data on client behavior and progress
- Assisting with skill-building across communication, social, daily living, and academic areas
- Implementing behavior intervention plans consistently and effectively
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
- Collaborating with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
- Supporting and communicating with families to reinforce treatment goals at home
You’ll be part of a supportive and mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life.
What You’ll Need:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, preferred
(or)
- Must be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within 90) days of hire!
(and)
- 2+ years of experience in ABA with youth
- Experience providing ABA services in the school setting
- A passion for making a lasting difference
