Clinical Supervisor - BCaBA Summary:
We are currently seeking a FULL TIME Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst - BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to provide ABA consulting and supervision services to children and adolescents with autism in our center and homes of clients. Services include in-center ABA program supervision and professional development/training.

If you are looking for a change or just starting out in the field, we got you! We are currently seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. You will be a positive change in the lives of a learner with autism. Our team works to make difficult situations easier. And we do this by using a variety of evidence-based practices.

We help our learners communicate more effectively, manage challenging behaviors, gain more independent skills and, ultimately, we help them be the person they want to be.

  • Oversee the implementation of center-based ABA Therapy programs for clients
  • Write Goals and Objectives for clients using our HLG Curriculum Library
  • Over 5000 individualized programs
  • Provide top notch quality training to Behavior Technicians
  • Utilize online data collection
  • Work with a dynamic team of professionals
  • We provide paid training opportunities to all Behavior Technicians
  • This means all staff on your cases are trained in ABA and know what they are doing when working with clients!
  • You will have access to our online BCBA forum and will be able to collaborate with BCBAs from across 4 states
  • Discuss the most current research in the field
  • Collaborate and “ping” ideas off your colleagues when developing treatment plans

  • The candidate MUST be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst - BCaBA , as recognized by the BACB , to provide ABA Program supervision to students with autism.
  • For the states of Maryland and Virginia, LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is also required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
