We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals with experience working with young children and/or individuals with disabilities to join our team as Behavior Technicians. This role is ideal for candidates interested in making a meaningful impact and pursuing professional growth in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
No RBT certification is required to apply. Selected candidates will be required to complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification process, which is provided and supported by our organization.
What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with children in home, clinic, or community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills
- Collect accurate data during sessions
- Support children with developmental delays, autism, or related needs
- Maintain a positive, patient, and professional demeanor at all times
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience working with young children and/or individuals with disabilities (required)
- Backgrounds such as childcare, preschool, daycare, paraprofessional, camp counselor, behavioral health, special education, or related fields are strongly encouraged
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability and willingness to complete:
- 40-hour RBT training
- Competency assessment
- RBT certification exam
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Physical ability to engage with young children (sitting, standing, light lifting, play-based activities)
