Compensation / Benefits • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and patient admissions • Develop and review treatment plans including medication management • Collaborate with treatment team and consult as needed • Provide individual and group psychotherapy • Monitor laboratory results relevant to treatment and ensure coordination of care Tasks • License and current registration to practice medicine in New York State • ABPN board certification (psychiatry) for Psychiatrist 2; ABPN certification requirement for Psychiatrist 1 or eligibility with limited permit option • Completion of a psychiatry training program approved by ABPN (Psychiatrist 1) or equivalent (Psychiatrist 2) • If licensed elsewhere, eligibility for limited permit to practice in NY and license must be obtained within one year • Transfer eligibility after one year of permanent service to Psychiatrist 1/2 or equivalent position Key requirements • Loan Repayment Program up to $120,000 • Competitive salaries • Supplemental income up to 50% for after-hours coverage • CME program • Generous paid time off • NYS medical, dental, and vision insurance
