Mid size, busy home care agency in the heart of Brooklyn who is looking for a Bilingual Spanish speaking coordinator for our primary office.

Skills:

--Demonstrates ability to effectively manage multi-tasking

--Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure is essential.

--Possess excellent customer service skills.

--Strong organizational skills.

--Ability to communicate and work effectively with patients and co-workers.

--Highly motivated, flexible and able to multitask who works well on a team.

--Energetic, positive and self-motivated. Team Player a MUST

--Must have computer skills. (Microsoft Office) (HHAExchange)

--Must be able to work some weekends or On-Call as needed (rotating).

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Monitors HHA Exchange for missed visits; verification and conflicts.
  • Scheduling and Coordinating care services (HHA, PCA, RN)
  • Places all notes in HHAexchange and be appropriate and pertinent
  • Customer service calls to clients/call maintenance
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Scanning, copying, office duties
  • After hours on call mandatory
  • Help clients with their staffing needs
  • Communicate with insurance companies as needed
  • Advocate for clients needs and well being

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
