Fee for Service Psychotherapist LMSW, LMHC

Job Summary:

Our diverse Private Practice is seeking highly motivated Licensed Psychotherapists (LMSW, LMHC) to join our dedicated team. They will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing counseling and support, and collaborating with clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT and motivational interviewing
• Provide crisis intervention and support during difficult situations
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Maintain timely, accurate and confidential documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Must have: Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Active New York state licensure (LMSW, LMHC)
• Experience working in a client-facing role preferred
• Ability to conduct individual and group therapy sessions effectively

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
