What You’ll Be Doing

This role is much more than scheduling — you are the hub of the operation.

Customer Experience

  • Answer inbound calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
  • Set clear expectations for customers regarding arrival times, service, and next steps
  • De-escalate concerns with empathy and solutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure a great experience

Team Coordination

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
  • Communicate real-time updates between customers and technicians
  • Support technicians by keeping their day organized and productive
  • Work closely with CSRs, service managers, and leadership

Ownership & Organization

  • Maintain accurate job notes and customer information
  • Anticipate issues before they become problems
  • Help keep the day running smoothly — even when things change (because they will)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
