Role Overview

Cielo Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a 6-month independent contractor engagement to help us reimagine ABA beyond the traditional 40-hour clinic model, blending clinic-based work with meaningful home, school, and community services.

Our approach is built around:

  • Serving populations often underserved by the ABA industry, including non-ASD, older children, teenagers, and adults
  • Prioritizing generalization through strong parent training and real-world application in homes, schools, and community settings
  • Preparing learners for real-world readiness through innovative programming, including our Early Skills program in a mock classroom environment

This role is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility, innovation, and meaningful clinical impact without being tied to a rigid clinic schedule.

What You’ll Do

As an independent contractor, you will:

  • Provide parent training sessions, both remotely and in person
  • Offer supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and individuals accruing BCBA supervision hours
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders to develop and support effective behavior plans
  • Participate in pre-scheduled clinical consultation and case review meetings
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation related to client and caregiver progress

Who We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering ABA services and parent training across varied age groups and environments
  • Experience working with early learners, teens, and adults strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, supportive clinical style
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader clinical team
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed
