Behavioral Health Psychologist / Neuropsychologist

• Work Setting: Outpatient clinic only

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible scheduling available)

• On-Call / Weekends: None

About the Role:

Join a collaborative, patient-focused team of mental health professionals dedicated to providing high-quality outpatient care. This role allows you to focus on meaningful clinical work while experienced administrative and support teams handle scheduling, billing, and non-clinical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for patients ages 16 and older using interviews, standardized testing, observation, and chart review

• Diagnose and treat behavioral, emotional, and cognitive disorders

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within the EMR/EHR system

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology (neuropsychology experience preferred)

• Licensed or license-eligible to practice Psychology in the State of Texas

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or similar setting

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, collaborative, and patient-centered approach

• Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems; bilingual proficiency is a plus
