Behavioral Health Psychologist / Neuropsychologist

Work Setting: Outpatient clinic only
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible scheduling available)
On-Call / Weekends: None
About the Role:
Join a collaborative, patient-focused team of mental health professionals dedicated to providing high-quality outpatient care. This role allows you to focus on meaningful clinical work while experienced administrative and support teams handle scheduling, billing, and non-clinical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for patients ages 16 and older using interviews, standardized testing, observation, and chart review
Diagnose and treat behavioral, emotional, and cognitive disorders
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within the EMR/EHR system
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology (neuropsychology experience preferred)
Licensed or license-eligible to practice Psychology in the State of Texas
Authorized to work in the United States
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or similar setting
Strong organizational skills with a proactive, collaborative, and patient-centered approach
Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems; bilingual proficiency is a plus
