Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Euless, TX

Setting: Outpatient clinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Overview:

A well-established outpatient mental health practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions, including treatment-resistant depression and substance use disorders. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment for our providers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy and counseling services to patients ages 16 and older

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families as clinically appropriate

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR/EHR system

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinical professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field (required)

• Active license to provide mental health treatment in the State of Texas (LMFT)

• Strong clinical background with experience in psychotherapy

• Highly organized, self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive

• Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
