Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA)
Location: Leap ABA Therapy Duncanville, TX (Hybrid – up to 5 remote days per month)

Position Summary
We are seeking a BCBA to join our clinical team in Duncanville, TX. This position is ideal for both new and experienced clinicians who want a balanced schedule, manageable caseloads, and a supportive environment.
No prior BCBA experience is required — full training and mentorship are provided. BCBA/LBA license is require.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Administer and interpret assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, and ABLLS-R
- Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
- Conduct parent training and ongoing family guidance
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress
- Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with BACB and insurance standards
Schedule & Flexibility
- Monday–Friday, full-time schedule or part-time available
- Up to 10 work-from-home days per month (telehealth, documentation, supervision)
- Center-based in Duncanville TX
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA/LBA or BCaBA license in Texas (required)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- New graduates welcome — no experience required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 – $105,000+ annually (commensurate with experience)
- SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $10,000
- Paid Time Off: Up to 15 days PTO annually, including holidays and vacation
