ABC Academy ABA Therapist/ RBT/ Registered Behavior Technician - FULL TIME POSITION

What you will be doing as a Registered Behavior Therapist with ABC:

Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential
Providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting
Shaping the minds of school-aged kiddos (ages 5 - 12)
Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
Annual bonus in addition to regular pay for all eligible RBTs.

What we offer:

Pay: $15.50 - $27.00 / hour with experience

Annual “Bravo!” Bonus Award! Anniversary bonus award between $1,000 and $3,500 based upon tenure with ABC
Predictable Work Schedule! Each full-time teammate will be scheduled weekly for 30 hours Monday through Friday, 12:00pm - 6:30pm.

Expected Schedule / Hours of Operation:

Mon - Fri: 12:00pm - 6:30pm
Sat: When needed 9:00am - 12:00 pm (based upon patient attendance)

A deep commitment to show up everyday (which includes reliable transportation and a valid driver's license).
