A School Psychologist position is available to provide comprehensive psychological services to middle school students in York, PA. This role offers the opportunity to work full time or part time, with a typical Monday through Friday schedule, serving students in a dynamic educational environment. The contract position spans the current school year (CSY).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for middle school students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Implement interventions to support students academic, social, and emotional development.
- Consult with staff on behavioral strategies and support systems.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification.
- Experience working with middle school-aged students preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage caseload effectively while maintaining professional standards.
