Amergis Staffing is currentlyseeking Behavior Tech for the 2025/26 school year in the Carpinteria,CA area.

Position Details: must have at least 1 year ofexperience working with kids with special needs

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours/Week: 30 hours (Sub position)

Start Date: January 5th, 2026

Length: 25/26 School Year

Details: Grade Level Elementary-HighSchool, will receive call the morning of or night before. Must be flexible withgoing to different school sites

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational andbehavioral services with children and adults with special needs andcollaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists toachieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
