- Conducts screenings, intake interviews, individual and group counseling, and family therapy related to addiction.
- Performs assessments, develops treatment plans, and offers psycho-education to support client recovery.
- Participates in crisis intervention, coordinates referrals, and manages caseload documentation.
- Engages in case management and care coordination while adhering to documentation standards.
- Provides client education and supports treatment planning without clinical supervision.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, NYS licensure (LMSW preferred), at least two years of substance abuse treatment experience, and completion of specialized training within three months of hire. The role offers full-time employment with a salary of $60,000-$65,000, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and vision/dental coverage.
