Overview
We are and HCS/TxHmL provider seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychological Associate to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing specialized behavioral health services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and other behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis, experience working with individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through patient-centered care. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data on patient progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support client development.
  • Provide direct patient care including intake assessments, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Educate families and stakeholders on behavioral strategies, intervention techniques, and progress updates.
  • Ensure all services adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and best practices in behavioral health.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychological Associate.
  • Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or related behavioral health conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education strategies, and diagnostic evaluation procedures.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, medical records management, and patient assessment documentation.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with patients, families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to perform patient intake assessments and conduct behavioral health evaluations effectively.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities across various settings is preferred. This role is integral to providing high-quality behavioral health services that promote positive outcomes for clients while fostering a collaborative team environment committed to professional excellence.
  • HCS/Texas Home Living experience is a plus

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
