A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to provide essential support across multiple elementary campuses in the Arlington, TX area. This contract role spans the current school year and offers the chance to work closely with students, educators, and support teams to promote student success and well-being.

Location:

  • Arlington, TX (serving three elementary schools in East and Central Arlington areas within close proximity)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and testing for students onsite at assigned campuses
  • Attend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to contribute valuable psychological insights
  • Participate in Student Support Meetings to assess testing needs and develop intervention plans
  • Prepare detailed, data-driven reports; flexibility to complete report writing remotely, with provided on-site workspace available as well
  • Manage a caseload covering three elementary campuses, requiring itinerant travel between sites

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting student evaluations and writing psychological reports
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple locations
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Familiarity with special education processes and Student Support Meeting protocols
