This full-time School Psychologist position offers the opportunity to serve K-12 students within a dynamic school district in El Paso, TX. The role requires a licensed professional to provide psychological services that support student development, learning, and well-being. Part-time candidates will also be considered, provided they can work full days rather than split hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and interventions to students experiencing academic, social, or emotional challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of behavioral and academic support plans
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state licensure requirements and district policies
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist (LSSP) required; current licensure documentation must be provided
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families
- Bilingual ability is a plus and may be compensated accordingly
Location and Schedule:
- On-site position based in El Paso, TX
- Contract through the current school year, starting ASAP and ending June 12, 2026
- Full-time hours are preferred; part-time considered with full-day commitment
