Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time In-Home ABA Services
Location: Dallas, TX 75227

Rising Spurs is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for a client in Dallas, TX. We are looking for dependable professionals who are committed to supporting children with autism through structured, evidence-based intervention.

Position Details

• Service Area: Dallas, TX 75227
• Hours Authorized: 10 to 14.5 hours per week
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, must be available between 3:30 PM and 7:30 PM

• Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention procedures
• Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
• Assist with session preparation and materials
• Communicate professionally with the client’s family
• Participate in required supervision meetings, team check-ins, and trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• RBT certification (preferred; training support available)
• Reliable transportation to service location
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Interest in working with children with developmental differences

Compensation & Work Environment

• Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and certification
• Structured training and onboarding provided
• Ongoing support from experienced BCBAs
