A school-based Psychologist position is available to provide essential psychological services within a K-12 public school setting in Spring, TX. This full-time, contract role is designed for licensed Texas Psychologists (LSSP or PSYCH) with proven experience supporting diverse student populations, including those with behavioral and developmental challenges such as Autism.

Location: Spring, TX (Central Houston area)
Duration: Contract through 6/4/2026
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (no part-time candidates)
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess student needs and eligibility for special education services
  • Develop behavior support plans and provide consultation to teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Deliver intervention strategies tailored to individual student goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success and well-being
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school district policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

  • Active, valid Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Psychologist (PSYCH) licensesubmission of current license screenshot required with application
  • Previous school-based psychology experience mandatory
  • Experience supporting students with Autism and behavioral challenges strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the onsite location
  • Ability to complete all required district fingerprinting and background checks promptly
