- Manage the Clinical operations and oversight of 10 Inpatient units encompassing child, adolescent, dual diagnosis, SPMI, and general adult populations
- Provide supervision, training and guidance to Bachelor’s and Master’s level Therapists and Certified Addictions Counselors
- Coordinate and maintain group therapy schedules across all units
- Plan and implement recreation and activities across all units
- Manage therapeutic services coverage for all units
- Successful cross-functional collaboration between Nursing, Social Work and other departments to ensure a positive patient experience

- Master’s degree in Counseling and/or Social Work required
- LPC and/or LCSW required
- Joint Commission, OMHSAS, DDAP experience required
- 5 years prior experience in a clinical management or supervisory role required
- Experience playing an active and creative role in creating/revamping therapy programs preferred
- Experience writing curriculum for child and adolescent populations preferred
- Change Management experience preferred
