Join Acclaim Autism as a Behavior Technician (BT), where you’ll work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No certification required — we provide free RBT® training, mentorship, and full support to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician credential.

This is a part-time role with strong compensation, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to transition into full-time positions.

Role Description

Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents up to age 21 in homes, schools, daycares, clinics, and community settings.

You will:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
  • Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA®
  • Implement teaching and behavior programs
  • Document therapy sessions
  • Assist with parent training
  • Travel to client locations (paid travel time may apply)

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and motivated
  • Must pass all required PA clearances:
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance
  • PA Criminal Background Check
  • FBI Fingerprinting
  • Federal & County criminal checks
  • Sex Offender Registry check
  • PA driver’s license check
  • No sanctions/exclusions from Medicaid, Medicare, or federally funded programs
  • Ability to commute to Lancaster, PA, 17601 (Required)
  • Ability to relocate before starting work if not local (Required)

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Day shift/Evening shift
  • Part-time/Full-time: 15–37.5 hours/week
  • Flexible scheduling available

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 37.5 per week
