Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Part-Time | Flexible Schedule (Telehealth + In-Person)
Compensation: $55–$75 per hour
Overview
A growing outpatient mental-health practice, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to provide client-centered individual and couples therapy. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and comfortable working with a diverse client population in both telehealth and in-person settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation using SimplePractice (EHR)
- Coordinate care with clinicians, staff, and outside providers
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and trainings
Qualifications
- Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
- 1–2 years of clinical experience (new grads/associates welcome)
- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Experience serving diverse populations preferred
Role Details
- Setting: Outpatient; mix of telehealth and in-person
- Caseload: 10–20 sessions/week (part-time)
- Patient Population: Children, adolescents, adults, and couples
- Start Date: ASAP
- Team Size: ~5 (clinicians + admin + director)
- Minimum Commitment: 6 months
- No benefits, sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance at this time
