Heart Wide Open Wellness (Located in Folsom, Ca) is a Holistic Wellness Center, seeking pre-licensed registered associates. Learn how to master your own private practice in a dynamic group practice setting. Heart Wide Open Wellness also hosts international yoga and psychology retreats, and local groups, intensives and workshops. We love to partner with other wellness professionals and specialty organizations in the area (especially with veterans and first responder communities).

Part time to start - build into full time.

Referrals are generated through both employer and employee. Must be avail to work a minimum of 2 or 3 days a week for 5-8 client hours at a time. In office, walking, group, and virtual work is available. Goal to establish a caseload of 20-25 clients a week.

Job requirements:

• Advanced training in Trauma Modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, CRM, and/or DBT, KAP Therapy, EFT, Gotttman, ACT, EFT, Gottman
• Must be dedicated to doing own work. We believe it is our responsibility to grow with and alongside our clients too.
• Must be independent, organized, and willing to take on responsibilities that come with private practice: pre-screening, intakes, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, collaborative care, managing financial transactions, etc...

Personal areas of specialization or focus are encouraged and supported in this private practice setting. We support supporting you so that you are able to serve in the ways that are close to your heart

Pay is structured on a tier system associated with number of associate hours accrued and additional certifications obtained.

Interview process is intended to assess fit for both Supervisor and Supervisee.

Start date is flexible for the right associate.
