Job Overview:

As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing/implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, data collection, and providing training to caregivers. You will work 1:1 with clients in the home and across various settings as applicable, ensuring the effective application of behavior analysis techniques to address specific behavioral challenges and promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and analyze behavioral data to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy and implement behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans across settings.
  • Collect, track, and analyze data related to behavior progress and make data-driven decisions to modify interventions as necessary.
  • Conduct training for caregivers to ensure they are equipped to implement behavior strategies effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.

What to Expect:

  • Small caseload of 2-6 clients so you can focus on what really matters - building strong relationships with your clients and working towards meaningful progress!
  • Being hands-on with your clients means you get to see in real time how they are responding to treatment, making better clinical decisions and value based goals.
  • Autonomy over clinical decisions where you can also collaborate with other BCBA's.
  • No weekly billable requirement.
  • Medical benefit stipend when you work at least 20 hours per week, which includes billables, drive time between clients and admin time.
  • Unlimited admin time per week as needed for your cases, for when you need to create visuals/materials and time to keep organized such as scheduling and emails.
  • Company provided professional development opportunities - paid CEU's that are provided to maintain BehaviorPro clinical standards and of course CEU courses of your own choosing.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (required).
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
  • At least 2 recent years experience of direct therapy work
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles/techniques, play based therapy, NDBI, ACT, writing value-based and measurable goals, etc.
  • AAC experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and have the creativity to make learning fun.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent writing skills for reports and session notes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • CPR and first aid certification.
  • A compassionate approach towards clients and their families, demonstrating patience and understanding.

Benefits:

  • Quarterly performance-based bonuses for full-time employees.
  • Health insurance stipend (for full-time employees).
  • Paid time off (PTO), sick time.
  • Paid drive time between clients.
  • Paid cancellation and admin time at 50% of your clinical rate.
  • Paid CEU's and paid time to complete CEU's.
  • Mentorship and clinical support.
  • Company provided toys, activities and materials for your clients.
  • Company provided Chromebook to get all your work done.
  • HIPAA compliant electronic data collection and scheduling.
  • Little to no admin tasks.
  • Collaborative, supportive and professional work environment.

Application Requirements:
