Job Title: BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location: Cupertino, Milpitas, and surrounding areas
Salary: $80-90/hour
Job Overview:
As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing/implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, data collection, and providing training to caregivers. You will work 1:1 with clients in the home and across various settings as applicable, ensuring the effective application of behavior analysis techniques to address specific behavioral challenges and promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and analyze behavioral data to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy and implement behavior intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans across settings.
- Collect, track, and analyze data related to behavior progress and make data-driven decisions to modify interventions as necessary.
- Conduct training for caregivers to ensure they are equipped to implement behavior strategies effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.

- Small caseload of 2-6 clients so you can focus on what really matters - building strong relationships with your clients and working towards meaningful progress!
- Being hands-on with your clients means you get to see in real time how they are responding to treatment, making better clinical decisions and value based goals.
- Autonomy over clinical decisions where you can also collaborate with other BCBA's.
- No weekly billable requirement.
- Medical benefit stipend when you work at least 20 hours per week, which includes billables, drive time between clients and admin time.
- Unlimited admin time per week as needed for your cases, for when you need to create visuals/materials and time to keep organized such as scheduling and emails.
- Company provided professional development opportunities - paid CEU's that are provided to maintain BehaviorPro clinical standards and of course CEU courses of your own choosing.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (required).
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
- At least 2 recent years experience of direct therapy work
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles/techniques, play based therapy, NDBI, ACT, writing value-based and measurable goals, etc.
- AAC experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and have the creativity to make learning fun.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing skills for reports and session notes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- CPR and first aid certification.
- A compassionate approach towards clients and their families, demonstrating patience and understanding.

If extended an offer, you will also need to complete the following prior to beginning work, including training:
- Provide clearance of TB test
- Complete CPR/first aid and obtain certification
- Submit fingerprints for background check to CA Department of Justice
