Behavior Interventionist

Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

• Crisis Intervention
• Crisis de-escalation and prevention
• Behavior Management
• Report Writing (various)
• Completion of initial assessments
• Daily data collection
• Transportation
• Implements behavioral plans as created by the BCBA or Behavior Specialist
• Complete Semi-Annual client reports
• Participate in Annual or semi-annual client meetings

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work and at least 3 years experience in the implementation of behavioral intervention
• Fingerprint clearance
• Good driving record
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience working with adults with challenging behavior and emotional disturbance.
• Good organizational and writing skills

Benefit Conditions and Schedule:

Consistent work schedule M-F 7:30 - 3:30

Pay: $28.00 per hour
