Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
- Crisis Intervention
- Crisis de-escalation and prevention
- Behavior Management
- Report Writing (various)
- Completion of initial assessments
- Daily data collection
- Transportation
- Implements behavioral plans as created by the BCBA or Behavior Specialist
- Complete Semi-Annual client reports
- Participate in Annual or semi-annual client meetings
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work and at least 3 years experience in the implementation of behavioral intervention
- Fingerprint clearance
- Good driving record
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience working with adults with challenging behavior and emotional disturbance.
- Good organizational and writing skills

Consistent work schedule M-F 7:30 - 3:30
