As a BCBA at AACT, you’ll:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans that make real differences in children’s lives
• Lead, coach, and support RBTs to grow in skill and confidence
• Partner with families to create achievable, fun goals and celebrate every win (big or small!)
• Track progress with data that tells a story — not just numbers
