Salary: $50,000-$60,000 (185 Days, Follows School Calendar)

Position Synopsis: A dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our district team. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, collaborate closely with students, families, and staff.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Must meet ESSA Standards.
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
  • Knowledge of Positive Behavior Support Initiative.
  • Experience with proactive implementation of evidence-based behavior interventions and practices for small groups and individual students.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for supporting students, staff, and families with consistency in planning between school and home.
  • Ability to provide training and information for planning purposes for administrators, teachers, instructional staff, and parents.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and review data to guide decision-making as it supports individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP’s).
  • Provide on-going support for staff, including participation in team meetings, reviews, professional development, and response to/participation in behavioral and crisis needs
  • Aptitude for learning and applying new skills.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Mt. Morris Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
