About The POSITION
A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is needed to join a well-established Behavioral Health team within a large, mission-driven community health organization in Montana. This organization provides integrated, patient-centered care and has a strong reputation for serving diverse populations across the region.
Clinic Hours
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- 40-hour work week or flexible
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of PMHNP experience (no new graduates at this time)
- Commitment to working in a collaborative, integrated care model
Services Provided
- Comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Individual and group therapy
- Crisis intervention and stabilization support
- Follow-up care and continuity of services post-hospitalization
- Collaborative care management with primary care providers
- Individualized treatment and safety planning
- Evidence-based therapy modalities, including EMDR, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy, and more
- Psychopharmacology appointments and referrals as appropriate
