We're here to support you every step of the way and will always hear what you have to say to ensure your complete job satisfaction.Key Responsibilities of Behavior Technician (BT):Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and procedures.Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practices in ABA therapy.Collect and log detailed behavior and skill acquisition data accurately during sessions.Review behavior plans and instructional materials developed by BCBAs for patients.Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan implementation.Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to grow within the role.Celebrate victories and milestones with kids and families.Join the Amaze ABA Family: At Amaze ABA, you'll be part of a close-knit team that truly cares about making a difference in the lives of our clients.
