Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Growth and Development, Special Education, Sociology, or Educational Psychology

Experience

1 to 2 years of experience providing services in the mental health field

Responsibilities

The QMHP position will consist of providing individualized outpatient mental health treatment to individuals and families.

QMHP Positions are available in a Crisis and Community Mental Health Outpatient teams service delivery areas. Duties may slightly vary based on the service delivery model of interest.

  • Provides crisis intervention, case management and psychosocial rehabilitation to adults and youths and their families
  • Provides services in accordance with evidence-based practices and TRR fidelity
  • Must become certified in ANSA and CANS assessments
  • Develops individualized recovery plans in collaboration with the consumer to assist in meeting the goals and objectives
  • Implement recovery plans and monitor progress
  • Participates in clinical supervision sessions
  • Educate family members regarding existing community services, and act as an advocate in connecting family members to these services
  • Services are provided in the office and in the community. Some QMHP positions are primarily in the community.
  • Manages an assigned caseload

Available Shift is : Tuesday (1pm to 10pm) thru Saturday (12:30pm to 7pm)

Job Type: Full-time
