Why this is great for Autism/SPED paras

If you’ve worked as a SPED paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, preschool para, or autism para, you already have the core skills. We’ll train you in ABA and support you to earn your RBT certification. This is a center-based role with on-site clinical support.

What you’ll do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under a supervising BCBA.
• Support children with autism in 1:1 sessions and small groups.
• Track data every session and maintain accurate notes.
• Collaborate with your clinical team; participate in huddles, trainings, and feedback.
• Contribute to a positive, dependable, kid-centered culture.

Training and growth

• Paid onboarding and ongoing professional development.
• RBT certification support (nice-to-have at hire; not required).
• Opportunity to build hands-on clinical skills in a supportive environment.

What you need

• Passion for working with kids with autism; calm, patient, and coachable.
• Reliable and punctual—families and teammates depend on you.
• Comfortable using technology to document sessions and track data.
• Part-time availability. Monday - Friday @ 12:30pm to 5:00pm
• Reliable transportation to the Frisco center.
• Able to pass a background check.

Nice to have (not required): Current RBT, bilingual skills, prior autism/behavior support experience.
