RBT for Special Education & Behavioral Support Houston, TX

Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Our partner school in Houston, TX is searching for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for this school year. We are looking for a hard-working candidate interested in helping students as a part of our Special Education team in a school-based role!

Position Details:

• Current School Year: ASAP - June 2026
• Full-time: up to 35hours per week
• Caseload: High School Students
• Specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
• Pay Range: $25-27 per hour, depending on experience

• Provide direct student care in one-on-one and group settings.
• Collectand recorddata based on studentbehavior.
• Communicating with students, parents, and caregivers regarding progress.

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma / GED
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required
• Preferred experience working with Special Education Individuals
