Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The BCBA will design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs, working closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and oversee data-driven ABA interventions to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and progress.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- State licensure.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience developing and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methodologies, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.

Pay: $83,593.71 - $100,672.00 per year
