IMMEDIATE HIRE! Fast-growing 4.5 STAR rated home health company has immediate opening for an Office Intake Coordinator. MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH CARE OFFICE EXPERIENCE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must Have Home Health Intake Office Experience
• Receive/acknowledge incoming referrals and medical orders
• Build strong relationships with referral sources during intake process
• Daily CRM & EMR data entry
• Collaborating closely with scheduling team to staff new admits
• Insurance Verification and Authorization
• Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid and VA Verification experience required.
• Scheduling initial nursing and therapy visits, as per Medicare guidelines
• Follow-up with patients before, during and after admission
• Prepare patient charts, HR files and office documents
• Contact via telephone/fax/email with referral sources, doctor offices and facilities

EXPERIENCE:

• Data Entry: 2 years (Required)
• EMR Systems: 2year (Required)
• Insurance Verification: 3 years (Required)
• Home Health Intake: 2 years (Required)
• Medical Office: 2 years (Preferred)

JOB TYPE:

• Full-time and Part-time

SALARY:

• $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
