Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The BCBA will design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs, working closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and oversee data-driven ABA interventions to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and progress.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • State licensure.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methodologies, and ethical standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
