Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors
• Deliver parent training and uphold high clinical standards
• Maintain approximately 30 billable hours per week
• Collaborate with peers in a pod model to ensure consistency and quality of care
• Contribute to ongoing staff training, quality assurance, and curriculum development

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
• Comfortable with technology, including iPads, electronic data collection, and scheduling platforms
• Up-to-date TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
• Spanish language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mentoring or supervising clinical staff
• Familiarity with research-based interventions and evidence-based practices
