First-Year Total Compensation Projection: $\$91,000$ to $\$106,000$
- This range features a foundational Competitive Salary between $\$80,000$ and $\$95,000$.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Planning: Directly manage comprehensive behavioral assessments and strategically design individualized, data-informed treatment protocols.
- Supervision and Mentorship: Provide robust, effective supervision and mentorship for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, ensuring clinical fidelity across all services.
- Caregiver Empowerment: Lead training sessions for parents and caregivers to promote skill generalization and accelerate client progress toward treatment goals.
- Clinical Caseload Management: Dedicate a minimum of $30$ weekly billable hours to direct clinical activities and service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in a cooperative peer-support model to share clinical expertise, maintain service consistency, and elevate overall team performance.
- Program Development: Contribute substantially to organizational efforts, including ongoing staff training initiatives, quality assurance oversight, and the evolution of clinical curricula.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education: Must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or an academically aligned field.
- Certification: Possession of a current and valid BCBA certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven professional background working effectively with individuals across the autism spectrum and those with diverse developmental requirements.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable and skilled in utilizing contemporary technology, including electronic data recording systems, scheduling platforms, and mobile devices (e.g., tablets).
- Compliance: Successful completion of all required background screening procedures and current documentation for TB testing and immunizations.
