Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the entire clinical process, from conducting comprehensive functional assessments to leading the design and execution of rigorous, data-driven treatment plans.
- Deliver consistent, high-impact supervision and professional mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, fostering their development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Facilitate effective and essential parent and caregiver training sessions to promote treatment fidelity and maximize the generalization of skills.
- Efficiently manage a caseload to maintain a minimum of 30 billable hours per week, prioritizing direct clinical engagement and oversight.
- Actively collaborate within a supportive team model to promote clinical consistency, shared learning, and robust peer support across the organization.
- Contribute valuable time and expertise to ongoing organizational initiatives, including quality assurance (QA), curriculum development, and internal staff training modules.
- Engage with unique opportunities for involvement in innovative research initiatives and academic partnerships.
Requirements
- Completion of a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related, recognized field.
- Must possess and maintain a current, active BCBA certification.
- Significant professional experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs.
- Demonstrated high proficiency and comfort level utilizing modern clinical technology for data collection, scheduling, and service delivery (e.g., electronic platforms, tablets).
- Successful clearance of all required pre-employment screenings, including a background check, recent TB test, and documentation of current immunizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish is a highly desirable asset that strengthens communication with clients and families.
