Licensed Psychologist for Assessment-Only Gig

We’re seeking a licensed psychologist in Lancaster, California, for assessment-focused work only—no therapy, no long-term treatment. You’ll have access to a dedicated private office and full control over your schedule: set your own days, hours, and exam pacing.

Our practice supplies the structure, referrals, and administrative support you need to succeed. Testing materials aren’t required at the start since initial cases involve structured clinical interviews. However, over time, there’s room and encouragement to expand into psychological testing with adults and children.

We’re interested in psychologists who are self-motivated, independent, and passionate about assessment work.

If you’re a psychological associate, we may also have supervised opportunities available under the guidance of a highly experienced supervising psychologist. We do not offer SPE.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
