Key Responsibilities
- Direct the creation and execution of individualized, data-driven treatment plans based on comprehensive functional assessments.
- Provide rigorous training, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
- Facilitate impactful parent and caregiver training sessions to ensure generalization and continuity of support outside the center.
- Maintain a targeted 30 weekly billable hours, optimizing time for direct clinical engagement.
- Actively participate in a collaborative team structure to promote consistency and shared clinical knowledge among peers.
- Contribute to ongoing quality assurance initiatives, curriculum development, and internal training programs.
- Engage with opportunities for involvement in innovative research and academic collaborations.
Requirements
- Possession of a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field.
- Current, active BCBA certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated professional experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs.
- Proficiency with modern technology, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling platforms, and iPads.
- Successful completion of required pre-employment clearances, including a background check, recent TB test, and up-to-date immunization records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
