Job Overview:
Join a dynamic, supportive team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and create data-driven treatment plans
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors
• Deliver parent training and maintain high clinical standards
• Maintain approximately 30 billable hours per week
• Collaborate with peers in a pod model to ensure consistent quality of care
• Support staff training, quality assurance, and curriculum development

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs
• Comfortable using technology (iPads, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
• Up-to-date TB test, immunizations, and cleared background check
• Spanish language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience mentoring or supervising clinical staff
• Familiarity with research-based, evidence-based interventions
