Your Role

As our Patient Experience Support Care Advocate (CA), you’ll be the welcoming face and calm center of our clinic. You’ll guide families through their care journey, ensuring every visit feels organized, supported, and uplifting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist families with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Manage patient scheduling and daily flow with precision and positivity
• Support new patient onboarding, forms, and first-day experiences
• Ensure care plan adherence through reminders and follow-ups
• Coordinate and assist with financial consultations and reports of findings
• Help plan and support in-office workshops and community events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-office environment
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure seamless care

What We’re Looking For

• A compassionate, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confident, tech-savvy, and proactive with problem-solving
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred but not required
• Healthcare, chiropractic, or hospitality experience a plus
• Passion for family wellness and holistic healthcare

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
