We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative and supportive team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Provide parent training and ensure adherence to clinical quality standards.
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
- Collaborate with peers in a pod model to ensure consistent clinical practices.
- Participate in professional development, quality assurance initiatives, and curriculum development.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for mentorship and collaborative teamwork.
