Job Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team as a Clinical Supervisor. Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment and Planning: Take the lead on conducting thorough functional assessments and developing individualized, highly effective, and data-driven treatment plans.
  • Team Supervision: Provide consistent, high-quality supervision, training, and direct mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, facilitating their skill development.
  • Family Training: Deliver robust parent and caregiver training sessions to ensure successful skill generalization and support for therapeutic goals in various settings.
  • Service Commitment: Maintain a minimum required commitment of 30 billable hours per week while upholding the highest standards of clinical quality and fidelity.
  • Peer Support: Engage actively within a collaborative peer-based pod model to promote consistency in clinical delivery and offer mutual professional support.
  • Program Enhancement: Contribute valuable expertise to the development of training materials, quality assurance (QA) protocols, and improvements to the organizational curriculum.

Requirements

  • Education: Must hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or an equivalent, closely related academic field.
  • Certification: Possession of a current, active, and unencumbered Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Clinical Experience: Proven experience in providing effective behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfort and capability in using modern clinical technology, including tablets (e.g., iPad), electronic data collection systems, and scheduling platforms.
  • Compliance: Successful completion of a comprehensive background check is required, along with documentation of a current TB test and immunization records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • The ability to communicate fluently and effectively in Spanish is highly desirable.
