Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative and supportive team. This role emphasizes high-quality clinical care, staff mentorship, and innovative service delivery—allowing you to focus on what matters most: helping clients and fostering professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
• Provide parent training and ensure adherence to clinical quality standards.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
• Collaborate with peers in a pod model to ensure consistent clinical practices.
• Participate in professional development, quality assurance initiatives, and curriculum development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism and other developmental needs.
