Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative and supportive team. This role emphasizes high-quality clinical care, staff mentorship, and innovative service delivery—allowing you to focus on what matters most: helping clients and fostering professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Provide parent training and ensure adherence to clinical quality standards.
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
- Collaborate with peers in a pod model to ensure consistent clinical practices.
- Participate in professional development, quality assurance initiatives, and curriculum development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience supporting individuals with autism and other developmental needs.
