Seeking an enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor in a center-based setting in the US Midwest. Key Responsibilities
- Assessment Expertise: Lead functional assessments and design individualized, data-driven treatment plans for clients.
- Team Supervision: Directly supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, promoting best practices.
- Parent Involvement: Conduct effective parent training sessions to generalize treatment gains to the home and community.
- Productivity: Meet the organization's requirement for a minimum number of billable clinical hours per week.
- Collaboration: Engage in a peer collaboration model to ensure clinical consistency and shared learning among colleagues.
- Quality Improvement: Actively contribute to staff training, quality assurance (QA), and the refinement of clinical curricula.
Requirements
- Certification: Must possess current BCBA certification.
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA or a closely related field.
- Experience: Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism and other developmental needs.
- Technology: Demonstrated comfort using electronic platforms for scheduling, data collection, and documentation.
- Clearance: Successful completion of a background check and health screenings (TB test, immunizations).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
- Experience or interest in contributing to academic research or publication efforts.
