We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to ethical practice, mentorship, and effective family collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessment: Perform comprehensive functional assessments and be responsible for the creation and ongoing adjustment of data-driven treatment plans.
- Mentorship: Provide direct and indirect supervision and mentorship to all levels of therapy staff, including Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Caregiver Support: Lead training sessions for parents and caregivers to ensure maintenance and generalization of client skills.
- Service Delivery: Maintain required clinical standards for billable hours per week.
- Collaboration: Engage in the internal peer collaboration model to drive consistency and enhance clinical programming across the center.
- Organizational Contribution: Contribute to internal training, curriculum development, and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
- Certification: Current and active BCBA certification.
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA or a relevant field.
- Experience: Expertise in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental needs.
- Technology: Demonstrated comfort with electronic data collection and clinical management systems.
- Compliance: Successful completion of all necessary background checks and health screenings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Language: Spanish-speaking skills are highly valued.
