An organization committed to elevating clinical quality in ABA is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) for a center-based role in the US Midwest. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to ethical practice, mentorship, and effective family collaboration. Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Assessment: Perform comprehensive functional assessments and be responsible for the creation and ongoing adjustment of data-driven treatment plans.
  • Mentorship: Provide direct and indirect supervision and mentorship to all levels of therapy staff, including Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
  • Caregiver Support: Lead training sessions for parents and caregivers to ensure maintenance and generalization of client skills.
  • Service Delivery: Maintain required clinical standards for billable hours per week.
  • Collaboration: Engage in the internal peer collaboration model to drive consistency and enhance clinical programming across the center.
  • Organizational Contribution: Contribute to internal training, curriculum development, and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

  • Certification: Current and active BCBA certification.
  • Education: Master’s degree in ABA or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Expertise in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental needs.
  • Technology: Demonstrated comfort with electronic data collection and clinical management systems.
  • Compliance: Successful completion of all necessary background checks and health screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Language: Spanish-speaking skills are highly valued.
  • Interest in participating in innovative research and academic initiatives.
