Position Summary: The Behavior Analyst is responsible for independently conducting FBAs, writing behavior plans, and overseeing a caseload of 9 to 20 adult consumers living in group home settings. The position involves performing assessments and client visits within the assigned region, creating clinically necessary documents, scheduling visits, and other responsibilities as necessitated by the Individual Plan of Service (IPOS) and behavior plan. This role requires a high level of independence and professional expertise to ensure quality care and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Independently manage a caseload of 9 to 20 clients.
  • Independently schedule and perform assessments and client visits.
  • Create clinically necessary documents and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IPOS and behavior plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders to obtain clinically relevant information.
  • Perform data analysis and make recommendations based on clinical data.
  • Develop and maintain materials for the delivery of services.
  • Draft and implement protocols to support the delivery of services.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all CMH policies and procedures.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Certification and licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience in managing clinical cases independently.
  • Fluent with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the treatment of aberrant behaviors preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to use a personal vehicle for company purposes, subject to liability carrier’s verification.
  • Employer will provide a Chromebook and/or laptop computer. Employees are responsible for ensuring that they have a workspace with sufficient privacy and amenities to complete the work as required.
  • Flexibility in schedule, with availability at least 30 hours per week during business hours (Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
