We are in search of a Licensed Psychologist (must be actively licensed in the State of Florida) to join our progressive team of professionals who will help us in our efforts to provide quality focused care to our patients.

Our patient population includes the geriatric and chronically mentally ill population who reside within assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities:

Network with hospital and facility administrators in your area.
Schedule assessments, sessions, and client visits across your dedicated area. (Therapist has autonomy over scheduling and days worked.)
Days may include traveling to one facility per day to meet with patients and perform assessments; (Tele-health offered by facility preference).
Confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements:

Doctorate Required
Florida Psychologist Required (Or respective state)
Driver’s License Required
Helpful but not required: experience working as a designated mental health provider to multiple facilities, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and other mental health offices.
